Herbal Tinctures

Tinctures are a liquid extracted from herbs. They are extracted in alcohol or oil, making them easy and convenient to use. (Easily carried in a hand bag ready to be used). Rubbing tinctures into the skin, the skin being our largest organ, will allow for rapid absorption.
Some herbs can have an immediate effect, such as those used to help one relax. Others are more nutritive, requiring time to accumulate, up to several weeks of continual use, before best results are achieved.
