I bought this for eczema on my fingers that are constantly being irritated by hand washing and alcohol rubs. This salve immediately absorbed into my skin, and took away the horrible irritating itch. It doesn’t leave a residue, and has a nice herbal smell. My skin is also much less inflamed. Will be purchasing again!

I love the “Shut the cut up” so decided to also buy the X-eema for my husbands hands.. The backs of his hands have been scaly, red and really itchy for months and nothing really worked. Using the X-eema, the itching improved almost immediately..he was so happy. Then in a few days the scaling and colour improved… He was applying it several times a day but within a week he could reduce that to a morning application. He has finished the jar and the symptoms have not returned, though I plan to keep a jar on hand from now on!
