Elderberry Syrup 170ml – 350ml

Elderberry Syrup, is something thats NEVER not in my fridge! Especially in winter. Elderberry syrup may shorten the length of the flu, knock the socks of a cold, reduce coughing, reduce symptoms of a sinus infection, lowers blood sugar levels, ease allergies, acts as a diuretic, keeps you regular, improves heart health and promotes healthy skin. Jam packed full of immune boosting properties that are naturally high in vitamin C, vitamin A, vitamin B6, iron and potassium. You can add elderberry syrup to a foot bath so it may help relieve symptoms. Adult dose – 1 TBLS 3 times a day. Children under 12 1 Tsp 3 times a day. Once bottle is opened store in the fridge.

Elderberry is made when ordered to ensure freshness. Will last in the fridge for 6 weeks once opened, after six weeks it will start to ferment. Which is still fine to ingest but if it grows mould throw away. Herbal Valley’s elderberry is preservative and alcohol free.
